Taiko no tatsujin
Introduction to Taiko
Taiko no Tatsujin (Japanese: 太鼓の達人, Taiko no Tatsujin, lit. “Master of the drums”) is a series of rhythm games created by Namco. In the games, players simulate playing a taiko drum in time with music.[1]
Ok I've done my part on explaining what the heck Taiko is. The internet is yours if I sparked your curiosity.
Taiko is one of the later rhythm games I got into, with arcaea, osu(std) and etterna being the first ones; it is however the one I enjoy the most. I don't know what I'm going to fill each of these rhythm game pages with to be completely honest, maybe with some scores I'm happy with (I'd need to derust first ;-;) or some tips/opinions.
oh, and here's my profile if you'd like to see how terrible I am at this (peaked at ~5200, then decayed since due to exams)

Taiko at an Arcade
Now, taiko on a pc is quite fun, especially if you have a decent keyboard (cries in membrane). But let me tell you, Taiko at an arcade? You gotta try it at least once after having played the game on a keyboard. Completely different experience, and definitely worth it. Between the hype of the arcade machine, and the feeling of drumming to the beat on a physical drum, it made me want to buy a drum controller (haven't yet, and they're pretty bloody pricey too).
Two player mode is even more fun :D
